Yes, every rental condo comes equipped with a highly energy-efficient heat pump air conditioning and heating system, for optimum comfort in every season.

Absolutely. Each building is equipped with a secure vestibule, surveillance cameras, and an access control system. Doors to individual units are also fitted with smart locks.
